These Terms & Conditions explain how CozyCare Cleaners provides services and how you agree to use our services.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Greater Seattle, Tacoma, and surrounding areas. The exact scope of work for each visit is based on the service type you select (standard, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, or commercial).

Estimates and pricing

Online estimates are based on the information you provide about your home or office. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or requested scope differs from what was submitted.

Access to your home or office

You are responsible for providing safe access to your home or office at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand plans can change. To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover our team's time.

What we don't do (scope limitations)

For safety and insurance reasons, we typically do not:

  • Move heavy furniture or appliances.
  • Clean exterior windows or areas that require climbing on roofs or unsafe ladders.
  • Handle hazardous materials, biohazards, or pet waste.

Damage, pre‑existing issues, and proof

We understand that normal wear and tear happens in every home or office. CozyCare Cleaners is not responsible for any pre‑existing damage, defects, or fragile items that were already loose, worn, or damaged before our visit.

If you believe damage occurred during a cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service and provide clear photo evidence showing the area or item before and after our visit. This helps us understand what happened and determine whether it was related to our work.

We may request additional details, such as where the item was located, how it was used, and when the issue was first noticed. If no reasonable proof is provided, or if the damage appears to be pre‑existing or unrelated to our services, we may decline responsibility.

CozyCare Cleaners is not responsible for damage resulting from products or equipment supplied by the customer, from unsafe conditions in the home or building, or from instructions that require us to use specific chemicals or tools provided by the customer.

Customer‑provided products and equipment

When you request that we use your own cleaning products or equipment, you accept responsibility for any damage, residue, or issues that arise from those products or tools. CozyCare Cleaners is not liable for damage caused by customer‑provided products or equipment.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, let us know within 24 hours. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas.

Referrals and rewards

If you use our referral program, you agree to only share your referral link with people you know and to not misuse or spam others. Referral points, discounts, or credits are promotional and may change at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
